The product

Five disciplines that usually live in five different apps

Onboarding that changes the product, tracking that explains itself, training that flexes, a coach who reads your week, and a camera that logs the plate. Here is exactly how each one works.

Personalising

What should Auralis optimise for first?

Pick up to two. Everything after this, your plan, your metrics and your coach brief, is built from this answer.

  • Get strongerProgressive strength work
  • Sleep and recoverWind down, deeper sleep
  • Change body compositionFat loss with muscle kept
  • Steadier energyFewer crashes, clearer days

You can change this any time without losing your history.

Personalized onboarding

Three minutes that reshape the whole app

A guided intake reads your goals, history, schedule and appetite for effort, then rebuilds every screen around them.

Nine adaptive questions branch on your answers, so a marathoner and a new parent returning to movement never see the same plan. Your baseline is set before you finish your coffee.

  • Branching intake with 9 adaptive questions
  • Injury, medication and dietary flags respected everywhere
  • Baseline plan generated in under 4 seconds
  • Re-run any time your life changes

Health tracking

Every signal, one honest number

Sleep stages, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, steps and training load fold into a single morning readiness score.

Auralis reads from Apple Health, Google Fit and the wearables you already own, then explains what moved the needle in plain language instead of a wall of charts.

  • Syncs Apple Health, Google Fit, Oura, Whoop, Garmin
  • Readiness score with the reasons behind it
  • 90-day trends for sleep, HRV and recovery
  • Manual entry for anything a device misses

Adaptive workouts

Sessions that rescale to the body you woke up in

Strength, mobility, running and recovery blocks that quietly adjust load, volume and rest when your recovery says so.

Slept badly? The same session arrives with lighter loads and longer rest instead of guilt. Every set is demonstrated, cued and logged with one thumb.

  • 400+ demonstrated movements with form cues
  • Auto-regulated load based on this morning readiness
  • Offline mode for the gym basement
  • Apple Watch and Wear OS companion

Today
Morning. I looked at your week before you woke up: three green days and one poor sleep on Thursday.
That was the late flight. Shoulder is still grumbling from Tuesday too.
Then we swap overhead press for landmine press and drop Thursday to mobility. I have already pushed it to your plan, take a look.

Message a certified coach who opens your data before they answer, with a weekly video check-in on the Coach plan.

No scripts, no chatbots pretending. Your coach reviews the same dashboard you do, rewrites next week in the app, and it appears on your phone the moment it is saved.

  • Certified coaches, matched to your goal in 24 hours
  • Replies within one working day, every day
  • Weekly 20-minute video review
  • Programme rewrites pushed straight to your plan

Point the camera. The plate logs itself.

One photo returns ingredients, portions and macros in about a second, with a tap to correct anything it misread.

Trained on 1.2 million real, messy, home-cooked plates rather than studio food photography, so a Tuesday night curry is recognised as well as a protein bowl.

  • Ingredient-level breakdown, not just a calorie guess
  • Portion estimation from a single frame
  • Barcode and restaurant menu fallback
  • Corrections teach your personal model
A calm moment of stillness by the sea

Recovery is not a reward for finishing the work. It is part of the work, and it is the part most apps quietly ignore.

How it decides

Opinionated where it matters, quiet everywhere else

Three principles sit under every recommendation Auralis makes. They are the reason the app sometimes tells you to do less.

01

Readiness, not a guess

The score blends overnight HRV, resting heart rate deviation, sleep architecture and 7-day training load. Each input is weighted against your own rolling baseline rather than a population average.

02

Auto-regulation, borrowed from sport

Load adjustment follows the same RPE-anchored auto-regulation used in elite strength programming, so a low-readiness day trims intensity first and volume second.

03

Behaviour over willpower

Streaks are capped, guilt language is banned in copy, and missed sessions reschedule silently. Adherence at 90 days sits at 94% because the app never punishes a bad week.

Auralis is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it will always tell you to speak to a clinician when a signal looks genuinely unusual.

From the beta

Six thousand people, one recurring sentence

It finally adapts to me. Here is how that sounds in their words.

I have tried six of these apps. Auralis is the first that changed what it asked of me after a bad night, instead of shaming me for missing the session.

The meal scan is uncanny. I photographed a home-made curry and it came back ingredient by ingredient, portion sizes included. I stopped logging food by hand entirely.

At 68 I wanted something that took me seriously. When I hurt my shoulder my coach rewrote the whole month by the next morning. That is not an algorithm, that is care.
